Cultivating Psychological Well-Being
At this time, therapy with me is conducted virtually, via secure telehealth appointments.
Private pay rates for individual, couples, and family therapy are listed below. Some health insurance plans provide their members with reimbursement upon the member’s submission of documentation clarifying the nature and cost of services, commonly referred to as a “Super-Bill.” If this is something your health insurance plan offers, I will provide you with a super-bill so you may pursue reimbursement for therapy from your health insurer.

Notice on Good Faith Estimate
As of January 2022, under the law, health care providers must give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. As the client, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate for your records. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, or how to dispute a bill, or see your Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
